1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

3Account Management and Identity Verification

• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Requests from competent authorities under applicable law.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months (any remaining balance will be held for a specified period).

If your account is closed due to a terms violation, any bonus balance that has not met its wagering requirements will be forfeited. Valid cash balances (original deposits and legitimate winnings) will be returned to you after the investigation is concluded, unless circumstances prevent such return under applicable law.
